We’ve teamed up with City Harvest London to make sure surplus food from our farm goes where it’s needed most, not to waste.
City Harvest rescues surplus food and redistributes it to people across London who need it, providing free, nutritious meals through community kitchens, schools, shelters, food banks and youth centres. Every week, their deliveries reach around 130,000 Londoners.
Since partnering up, we’ve already helped provide:
- 10.7 tonnes of food redistributed
- 25,494 meals delivered
- 7.4 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions prevented
And the impact doesn’t stop there. Every kilo of food City Harvest rescues creates £3.55 of positive impact for the people and organisations who receive it. For every £1 invested in their work, £11.90 of value is created for society, a return we can all get behind.
