Our UK MD & CCO, Will Howard, recently joined Jay Sherwood on the Recipe for Greatness podcast to talk about his journey from hospitality to a leading role at one of the UK’s most innovative food businesses right here at GrowUp Farms.
Will’s story starts with a simple love of food and a lot of hard work. From running plates in Nantucket to senior roles at PepsiCo, Red Bull, Innocent and Ella’s Kitchen (where he helped grow the business to over £80 million in sales), it’s fair to say he’s seen a few sides of the food world.
“Having a bit of purpose really gives you the energy for what you’re trying to achieve,” Will says. “The tough times are less tough because you know why you’re doing it.”
