Over the past decade, GrowUp Farms have transformed the vertical farming industry – from a small aquaponic shipping container in London to Pepperness in Kent, the first vertical farm to launch a bagged salad brand in a major UK supermarket. Using on-site renewable energy, GrowUp Farms grows food with a lighter environmental footprint.
The winners of the 2023 Barclays Entrepreneur Awards, including the Sustainability Category, will be revealed in November.
