The Leaf Lab is a research centre dedicated to finding the best food solutions for the future. We’re working to improve how we grow plants, finding the best varieties from around the world and understanding how we can grow them in our vertical farm. The aim? Bring the tastiest, freshest, best-quality plants in the world to the UK food system through vertical farming.
